We are looking for a new Chef De Party to join our team.
We are a local bar and restaurant in the heart of Lincoln Christchurch. We specialize in dry-aged beef, with our own in-house ageing cabinet.
Open 7 days from 11am till late Monday to Friday - and 10am to late in the weekends. .
We are looking for a chef that has been in a similar job role, and has a minimum of 3 years cooking, and experience on the grill, ans can work under pressure, unassisted.
Applicants must have/able to:
Understanding of all aspects of HACCP and food control plan.
Great consistency in cooking a fantastic steak
Able to work nights and weekends.
Work well in a close team environment.
Between 34 and 40 hours per week.
