Work within a great team: it is a small kitchen team with a busy work environment, where we do a variety of service covering a la carte, functions, events, TDH, and small conference.

You are a key support function to all other Departments and guests to ensure we deliver quality food and service.


Chef de Partie

  • Continue to cultivate a positive work environment and assist to lead the team on shifts when the Sous Chef and Executive chef are not on.

  • This is a great role to develop in your career and also attend Supervisor / management trainings to assist you to learn or enhance your management styles and skills.

  • Love to cook, enthusiastic, talented

  • Able to delegate duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage

  • Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control

  • Assisting to develop the team

  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned

  • Maintain hygiene and safety procedures

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Very good English written and verbal


Breakfast Chef

  • Start from 4 am onwards, like being an early riser

  • Be able to liaise and engage with guests as working partially in an open kitchen with guest contact

  • Capable in TDH and buffet

  • Reliable

  • Able to cope with large volume of guests


Demi Chef

  • Eager to learn from senior chefs and grow

  • Keenness for quality food and presentation

  • Be a great team member and willing to assist and help others
