Work within a great team: it is a small kitchen team with a busy work environment, where we do a variety of service covering a la carte, functions, events, TDH, and small conference.
You are a key support function to all other Departments and guests to ensure we deliver quality food and service.
Chef de Partie
Continue to cultivate a positive work environment and assist to lead the team on shifts when the Sous Chef and Executive chef are not on.
This is a great role to develop in your career and also attend Supervisor / management trainings to assist you to learn or enhance your management styles and skills.
Love to cook, enthusiastic, talented
Able to delegate duties and responsibilities
Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control
Assisting to develop the team
Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
Maintain hygiene and safety procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good English written and verbal
Start from 4 am onwards, like being an early riser
Be able to liaise and engage with guests as working partially in an open kitchen with guest contact
Capable in TDH and buffet
Able to cope with large volume of guests
Eager to learn from senior chefs and grow
Keenness for quality food and presentation
Be a great team member and willing to assist and help others
