We have an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join Charmaine’s team with a focus on providing Person First Care to residents with an eye on leading a team of likeminded people.


Our Care Home provides hospital, rest home, and dementia care across 104 beds. The Clinical Manager will contribute to the overall management of the facility, leading and motivating a dedicated team of clinical and care staff, whilst ensuring exceptional, consistent care for our much-loved residents



About You


You have a passion for people, a collaborative, engaging and empathetic communication style to enable you to work alongside the wider business, residents and their families. If you're a customer centric, resilient individual then this is an exciting time to come on board! We are expecting energy, empathy and strong leadership from the Clinical Manager.


Additionally, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership skills & previous experience in a Nursing Manager role, preferably within aged care.

  • Excellent clinical assessment and observations skills to provide support and guidance to your team.

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • A current NZ Annual Practising Certificate with the NZ Nursing Council.

  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confidence with systems and technology, including MS Office Suite.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development – for yourself and your team members.

  • Preferably InterRAI trained.
