About the role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide front line support across our Auckland sites. This role would suit somebody with a strong customer service background and a good understanding of computer systems.    

Your duties will include:

  • Providing great customer service

  • Answering internal customer queries via our Helpdesk system

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues to the best of your ability

  • Visiting campuses to resolve IT issues and perform maintenance

  • Escalating queries and supporting the IT Team as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the English language

  • Previous experience in an IT support role

  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to interact with a diverse range of people

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
